The Dickerman Group procured the services of Meridian in the summer of 2008 and again in 2009 to completely refurbish their new and existing premises in Kettering, Northampton.
The two phases took a total of 20 weeks and cost approximately £275k.

The brief was to construct offices to provide dedicated working areas for various teams and their managers and consisted of:
- New external glazing
- Suspended ceilings & lighting
- Drylining & partitioning
- Decorating & flooring
- WC facilities
- Tea points
The design process, which was developed closely with the client, was a major factor towards demonstrating how their office layout could be set up in a dedicated way to benefit Dickermans day-to-day operation.
