ECC Milton Keynes

ECC appointed Meridian in April 2008 to fit-out the ground floor of Gloucester House, a prestigious office building located in the city centre of Milton Keynes.

The two phases of the project were completed within 30 weeks at a cost of approximately £925k.

The ECC brief was to provide cellular office accommodation to facilitate a combination of small to medium size offices, meeting rooms and a break-out area.

Highly innovative design/space planning techniques were used to ensure the correct amount of offices could be provided either side of the buildings impressive central atrium.

Full redecoration of the atrium and renovation of the existing sprung wood flooring were key to restoring the main features of the building back to its original form.
