Fusion Coventry

Meridian were appointed in May 2007 to fit-out the first floor Offices, Reception Area and ground floor Restaurant of Fusion's new contact centre in Peterlee Co. Durham.

The fit-out took 16 weeks to complete and cost approximately £500k.

Initially a major strip-out of the facility was required after British Telecom vacated the building.

The design brief was based on an extremely high specification to provide the client with a modern, spacious call centre and data centre facility and to include detailed space planned areas that worked well with individual team requirements. A major emphasis for this building was staff break-out areas on each floor and a stunning staff restaurant with feature screens separating a soft seating area.

The project was completed within the 16 week programme with the CEO of BGL opening the facility and presenting it to the new Fusion Management Team.
