Fusion Peterlee

Meridian were appointed in May 2007 to fit-out the first floor Offices, Reception Area and ground floor Restaurant of Fusion's new contact centre in Peterlee Co. Durham.

The fit-out took 16 weeks to complete and cost approximately £500k.

The design brief was based on an extremely high specification to provide the client with a modern and spacious call centre facility. The brief included specific space planned areas that worked well with individual team requirements with unusually shaped break-out/meeting room areas to facilitate their day-to-day operation.

With the bespoke reception counter in place incorporating its unique polished plastered screen, final handover was achieved within the timescales set in readiness for the Chief Executive and the Mayor of Peterlee to cut the ribbon and open this fantastic contact centre facility.
