Paul Kyriakou, Managing Director

Our leader. Paul started the business from his spare bedroom back in 2001 having worked extensively within the industry in a variety of site based, sales and project roles. It's his attention to detail and drive for quality which filters right through the business that sets Meridian apart.

Paul Dawson, Director

Paul has overall control of the day-to-day operations for Meridian Interiors Ltd, and is based in our Buckingham office. From overseeing the initial sales process, to estimating and projects, he has a wealth of experience in managing project expectations, demonstrated in the development of ongoing key accounts and long-term partnerships with our clients'. Maintaining high levels of customer service is an integral part of Paul's on-going objective for the business.

Andrew Roper, Director

Andrew works in our Norwich office on the behind the scenes stuff, the accounts and administration. He has directorial responsibility for design and estimating having over 25 years within the industry.

Phil Blacklaw, Project Manager

Phil looks after the projects for the Central region and works in our Buckingham office. His extensive experience and years in the industry ensures quality and on time completion.

Nicola King, Project Coordinator

Nicola works in our Buckingham office and looks after project administration working directly with Paul and Phil.

Sarah Brown, Estimating Manager

Sarah looks after the estimating and pre-contracts for our Eastern region based in Norwich. Sarah ensures our quotations are thorough and competitive using her many years in the construction industry.

Neil Gould, Project Manager

Neil looks after projects in our Eastern region based in Norwich. Neil has extensive experience within the main contractor and specialist subcontractor areas adding a useful resource. Neil also assists with design and estimating when the need arises.

Jonathan Froggatt, Business Development Manager

Jonathan looks after sales across Meridian Interiors Ltd and works in our Norwich office. He has a design background and has worked within the industry for many years. He's often heard giving the estimators a hard time!

Sharon Last, PA/HR/Admin

Sharon's role is varied, and works directly alongside all of our directors to keep them all in order! Based in our Norwich office, she undertakes the roles of office manager, HR and office health and safety with great speed and efficiency.

Donna Perkins, Telesales / Marketing Assistant

Working in our Norwich office Donna is responsible for driving new business sales across the full range of Meridian Interiors Ltd service offerings. She has a real passion and drive for customer care and a great eye for detail.

We have a variety of dedicated specialists we call on when needed or workload dictates including space planning, interior design, structural engineers, site managers, health and safety consultant and the like. This provides us with lots of flexibility to resource our workload's peaks & troughs.
