The Brief

This exciting refurbishment for a client looking to take advantage of our office design experience was completed in just 4 weeks, enabling Pellys to relocate from Hertfordshire to their new offices in Essex – on time and within budget.

Key features of the brief were the application of a black and white design theme and the use of light to enhance the feeling of space.

Bespoke office furniture was also supplied by our sister company Meridian Office Furniture.

Project Scope

• Office design
• Carpeting and wallpaper
• Silicon glazed partitioning + manifestation
• Breakout area
• Bespoke office furniture

Our Solution

A striking black and white theme was applied using Desso Block carpet tiles in the open-plan spaces, while a white gloss breakout area was added on the ground floor. Brickeffect wallpaper was also used to add interest to interior walls.

LED lights and silicon glazing enhanced the lighting across both individual office spaces and the main office area, while an individually designed manifestation band was applied to part of the silicon glazing.

Our sister company Meridian Office Furniture then designed and supplied bespoke office desks for the solicitors, each supporting two iMacs on a central mount, bespoke meeting room tables, as well as a standing meeting table and cubby hole units for filing.

“We think Meridian are super. We found them on the internet and so we had no personal introduction or special advantage. They were enormously helpful to us at the design stage and nothing was too much trouble. In all that they did they seemed genuinely concerned to get things right for us and we are delighted with the results.”
