This comprehensive refurbishment project transformed the facility into a modern, vibrant and functional workspace, covering 11 meeting rooms, 7 tea points, a new gymnasium complete with changing facilities, and a full refurbishment of the bar, boardroom, breakout space, and conferencing areas.
Ground Floor: Facilities and Wellbeing
With employee wellbeing being a major focus, the ground floor now features a fully refurbished gym with upgraded equipment, new showers and changing rooms for both male and female staff, each with lockers, hairdryers, and ventilation.
Tea points and breakout areas are located across all floors, and were redesigned for functionality and ease of use, while breakout spaces were provided with modern bistro-style furniture, creating inviting areas for relaxation and informal meetings.

First Floor: Collaboration and Focus
To encourage flexibility in working styles, we introduced poser-height tables and chairs for impromptu touchdown meetings. New acoustic, multiuse pods, were added to provide quiet spaces for private meetings, video calls, and focused work.
In the open-plan workspace, we supplied ergonomic operator chairs and modern storage solutions with integrated planter boxes, allowing the client to incorporate greenery and improve wellbeing through biophilic design.
Second Floor: Branding and Identity
Each meeting room on the second floor was individually themed, reflecting DAMM’s own brands and their partner brands through distinct colour schemes and bespoke wall graphics.
We installed a variety of wall finishes, including full wall wraps, decals, foamex signage boards and Perspex signage, giving each room its own character and distinct design. From intimate meeting spaces to flexible training rooms with stackable furniture, every room was tailored to its purpose.
Timber slatted features, vibrant branded paint colours, and custom shelving for product displays added depth, warmth and identity to each space.
