Office Fit-Out in Buckingham – Racelogic

To deliver a seamless and high-quality finish, we designed and installed a series of new individual fully glazed offices using partitioning systems with pocket sliding doors and enhanced acoustic performance.

Subtle manifestation graphics were applied to the glazing to echo the style of earlier phases and provide visual consistency across the workspace.

To manage sound transmission between rooms, we installed acoustic baffles above the suspended ceiling along the line of each partition. This was carefully integrated around the new ductwork and the exisiting fresh air ventilation system, to ensure performance without compromising function. Fresh air was extended into each individual office for provision of well-being and comfort.

To compliment the space and provide demarcated working zones we installed full-height oak slatted screens, built from veneered MDF panels, which were assembled on site. These not only help zone the space but also create a visual feature, while incorporating natural materials. Some of the slats were specially adapted to discreetly house power and data cables to faciliate island desking areas.

Finally, the transformation was completed with decoration throughout, new carpet tiles laid in a complementary two-tone design, and a bespoke wall graphic to the open-plan area to provide a stunning backdrop. New roller blinds were fitted to perimeter windows, ensuring comfort and light control throughout the day.

The result is a beautifully balanced workspace, combining privacy, acoustic comfort, and a premium finish that reflects the client’s brand and culture.
