We delivered a full transformation, turning a basic workshop into a clean, efficient, production-ready environment.

Smart Space Design
Our design team reconfigured the layout with new high-performance partitioning, including a fire-rated door system to safely separate production and workshop areas. A glazed “borrowed light” panel was introduced to keep the space bright and connected, even after segregation.

Future-Ready Power & Data
The upgraded electrical infrastructure was designed with growth in mind:

• New distribution board for expanded capacity
• Integrated power solutions for machinery and workbenches
• Dedicated data cabling to support modern production tech

Everything was carefully planned to improve workflow efficiency across the floor.

Environmental Control
A major upgrade came in the form of a fully integrated HVAC system. We installed a new air conditioning unit alongside fresh air ventilation, all linked with the existing system to run from a single controller. This aids a consistently comfortable and controlled environment that supports both people and the production processes.

Specialist Finishes
The space was completed with:

• – ESD-safe vinyl flooring for static-sensitive operations
• – Bright, durable redecoration throughout
• – Reconfigured exisitng lighting, including emergency systems, to suit the new layout
