The brief stipulated that our redesign and refurbishment needed to enhance the site, providing a modern office environment that was both welcoming and functional. Our design needed to be

sympathetic to potential future expansion and was completed using a phased project plan. Business continuity needed to be maintained throughout the project, with minimal disruption to day to day activities and productivity.

The office refurbishment needed to consider the company ethos for this market-leading coffee distributor, providing coffee experiences and solutions to companies up and down the country. To reflect the prestige of the company, contemporary design was used throughout, featuring brand colours to bring fusion throughout.

This commercial office refurbishment included transforming key spaces of the office area, including the office spaces, workshops, the HQ restaurant, W/Cs, mezzanines as well as training rooms.

This large-scale project was completed over a 52 week period, as was the scale and scope of the project. This was all achieved while day to day work was able to carry on as normal, as our project manager ensured all elements were completed in phases, working pragmatically and efficiently throughout.
