The Brief
Meridian worked closely with design partner Optrys Ltd to complete this CATB office fit-out for pharmaceutical company RxCelerate. Many key design features were incorporated such as switchable boardroom glass partition, feature flooring, feature lighting and even a graffiti artist was employed to provide a stunning backdrop to the break-out space.

The complete Cat B office fit-out included:
• Solid and glazed partitions, with full height doors
• Manifestation graphics
• New Tea point facility
• Blind installation
• Electrical, lighting and mechanical controls alteration work
• Boardroom fit-out with feature lighting, cool wall, luxurious flooring and switchable glass partitions
The Solution
To deliver the project within a six-week timeframe, to ensure RxCelerate could relocate from their offices on the other side of the campus, to their new flagship offices.
