The Solution
Point of Difference is a serviced office space in Banbury offering co-working spaces, hot desking, meeting rooms and office suites for growing business. Co-working office spaces are a very popular solution for smaller businesses that are at a point of expansion. Designed for growing companies as well as freelancers and solo entrepreneurs, the serviced office space needed to be dynamic, functional and modern, for a conventional, multi-purpose space that featured stylish finishing touches and aesthetic interior design.
Our brief included a full office refurbishment of over three floors of office space, to bring it up to date to be safe, modern, contemporary and functional, providing multiple working spaces for the various companies using the space.
The Solution
The team worked with the in-house design team to create a specification schedule. We were able to add value and expertise thanks to our previous experience in refurbishing this type of property.
The age and condition of the building provided certain challenges to bring it up to current regulatory standards to ensure the building was safe to use, as it was in an unused and dilapidated state before the project began.
The team at Meridian Interiors completed this Milton Keynes office fit out and refurbishment over a 14 week period. Capturing modern design trends, Point of Difference’s refurbished office space remains in touch with contemporary themes while remaining sympathetic to the heritage of the building.
