The Solution
A Category ‘B’ office fit out involves the creation of a fully functional office space, designed to the client’s specific needs.
Initially the infrastructure work was undertaken, including power & air conditioning installation. Working from scaffold towers, the team worked efficiently to add new air conditioning units to the high level ceilings.
The office walls were redecorated to add accent walls whilst being sympathetic to the style and age of the property.
The office space was further enhanced with branded manifestations to the glazing and the installation of new office furniture.
To carry out this Oxfordshire office fit-out in a timely manner, our project management team worked to a programme of works, liaising regularly with our client to ensure a smooth handover.
