Office Design and Expansion in Bicester – The Evergreen Agency

The main partition wall for this office fit-out and refurbishment was to be constructed using a mixture of drywall and glazing. The vaulted ceiling with high-level apex provided some challenges for us to overcome. Support steelwork was designed and fabricated to take the weight of the drywall above the glazing and to ensure the main design aesthetic of as much glass as possible was achieved. Linking the two Evergreen offices together was also achieved by knocking through the party wall, finishing the aperture as wide as possible to create a seamless transition between the spaces.

The office fit out and refurbishment included complete redecoration of the office space, complete with feature accent colours to match the existing office design of the adjacent space. New carpeting throughout and vinyl flooring to the amenity areas coupled with a completely refurbished office kitchen.

A niche meeting room/Zoom hub was also provided and dressed with a nature-inspired green leaf feature wall, to maintain the ‘green’ theme of the entire office design. The feature wall graphics were the finishing touch to this truly amazing office refurbishment.
